A Commercial Property Solicitor is required for a rewarding opportunity with a top well known law firm based in their Surrey office. Although this role will be based in Guildford the firm will offer City level work and salaries that will challenge and develop your career quickly

Our client is a leading top 50 law firm and their clients vary from national and international organisations of all sizes, public sector bodies and also the private client - much of the business is referred, such is the reputation of the firm which is reflective in its size and growth.

For this role, our client is looking for an individual with 2 - 5 years PQE. You will be joining an established Real Estate team with a high level case-load, you will service their Commercial Property matters and be giving general business advice over a range of matters; ideally you will have all round generalist Real Estate experience from a City or top tier regional firm. You can be assured of comprehensive business support.

This is a fantastic Guildford based Real Estate solicitor role offering a leading basic salary (£70-90k) with a superb benefits package.
