We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate to join our client's friendly and supportive real estate team in Manchester. This role involves handling a varied caseload of real estate matters with household name clients.

Description

As a Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate your duties will include:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
  • Providing legal advice to clients on property-related matters.
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other documents.
  • Conducting due diligence and handling property searches.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver comprehensive legal services.
  • Advising on landlord and tenant matters.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legal regulations and best practices.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate should have between 3-9 years PQE and a strong academic record. Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
