The roles have come about due to workload, as they continue to successfully broaden their client base. At the moment the work will be conducted remotely until such a time as the teams can get back into their state of the art fully refurbished office space. Upon returning back to "normality", you'll be still able to choose a remote working option, or office based or a combination of the two.
You will also be on a flexible hour working plan, where you have options to work around core hours which mean you can co-ordinate things like school runs, taking the dog for walks, or potentially much needed gym sessions.
Other tech that would be useful to know would be HTML5, CSS, SCSS, LESS and anything else you can add to the mix such as NodeJS, ruby or PHP etc would be beneficial. My client is keen to see people who can bring in new skills to the team that they don't already have, it's a very entrepreneurial working environment.
