Are you a PCB assembler with experience re-working BGAs, QFN's and 0201?
This company has been established for around 35 years, and are a key driving force in the contracts manufacturing industry. They have considerably expanded during the past 5 years, growing 25% last year alone. As a result of continual growth they are looking to take on a PCB Re-Worker with advanced competency to join their team.
You should have experience with BGA, QFN, 0201, and track/pad repair backed up with IPC knowledge. You will be required to carry out rework to such devices on test fails, field returns and special customer requests.
You must have experience with hand held tools, hot air guns, de-soldering and PDR will be essential; along with the ability to read and interpret circuit drawings and work instructions.
