Secondary school in Accrington seeking a RE Teacher to start after February half term on a temporary basis

Your new role
Joining the Humanities department, you will be responsible for teaching RE across KS3 and KS4, as well as History or Geography at KS3. You will plan and prepare lessons ensuring that you create a positive learning environment for pupils and will be responsible for marking and assessing work. The role will operate on a temporary basis covering a staff absence and will therefore be ongoing.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position, you must possess Qualified Teacher Status and have experience teaching RE through to KS4, as well as ideally History or Geography at KS3. You must be able to start immediately and also commit until at least Easter 2018, ideally with the ability to continue beyond this.
