We have a fantastic opportunity available for a highly efficient and organised full-time Recruitment Administrator to work out of a very busy office in Skelmersdale.

We are looking for someone that is keen to progress within recruitment, will perform administration tasks on a daily basis, enabling and supporting our client to provide a high value first class support service.

Your duties will include:

- Arrange and request interviews

- Input and maintain data on excel spreadsheets

- Raise and issue contracts for employment

- Organise Assessment and Induction

- Data input

You will need to be a confident, ambitious individual that can work unsupervised and as a part of the team.

Abilities and Skills:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication Skills

- Sales and negotiation skills

- High level of attention to detail

- Ability to work individually or as part of a team

- Hard working

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure

- Excellent IT skills (excel, word, outlook)

- Administration skills

- Ambition and the determination to succeed

- Customer Service

-Must hold a valid UK drivers license

Requirements:

- Previous experience in similar role

You will be working: Monday - Friday

Hours of work: 08:00 - 17:00
