Nuffield Health North Staffordshire Hospital

At the Nuffield Health North Staffordshire Hospital we're recognised for our expert clinical care, expertise and friendly atmosphere. Our excellent teamwork and commitment to training has created an innovative clinical environment. Our purpose-build hospital has 39 bedrooms, 3 theatres and 1 minor treatment facility and busy outpatient department. We also provide physiotherapy, pathology, CT, MRI and diagnostic imaging services. We're conveniently located on Clayton Road, off the A519. We also provide free parking for staff.

The Role

As a qualified RGN, you will relish this new challenge in an enviable working environment. As a Ward Manager you will;

- Manage the day to day running of our Ward department.
- Lead a team of highly qualified nurses.
- Provide excellent patient care.
- Use your existing knowledge to make a valuable contribution to the patient’s experience.

The Person

To succeed as a Ward Manager you will;

- Have NMC and mentorship qualification.
- Have considerable nursing experience as a junior sister/charge nurse or ideally as a current ward manager
- Be organised, highly motivated and engaged.
- Have nursing management experience.
