This boutique Loyalty & CRM consultancy is offering the opportunity for an outstanding and ambitious R/SQL Marketing Analyst to establish themselves within a successful and growing company.This successful agency focuses on providing customer insight and CRM recommendations for clients' businesses, using analysis of customer data.
R/SQL MARKETING ANALYST - THE ROLE:
You will use R/SQL to conduct advanced analysis on customer data, generating insight into customer behaviour, acquisition and retention of customers, performance of marketing campaigns, as well as ad-hoc analytical projects. You will utilise advanced techniques and processes such as segmentations, logistic regression, propensity modelling, CHAID, cluster analysis, and targeting analysis.
You will use the findings you generate in developing insightful recommendations that will improve your clients' business and marketing performance. Outstanding communication skills will be essential in this role, including the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise way. You will have the opportunity not only to communicate with senior colleagues within the organisation, but also to present your findings and recommendations to external clients.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
In order to be considered for the Marketing Analyst position, you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- High quality degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject such as Maths, Statistics, Economics or Operational Research
- Experience using SQL
- Experience using R for advanced statistical analysis
- Experience developing and delivering recommendations
- Excellent communication skills
The following will be beneficial in application for the role:
- Experience in an agency / consulting environment
- Experience with statistical techniques such as Clustering, Profiling, Customer Segmentation, Regression, CHAID or forecasting
The successful Marketing Analyst could earn up to £60,000 + benefits
