Temporary Administrator - Malton area - 5 weeks work
Your new company
You will be working for a retails company based in the Malton area. This is an administration role supporting them through a change in system. This is a full time role for 5 weeks. Monday to Friday.
Your new role
Your new role will include;
- Recording quoted information - manually inputting them into CRM system
- Cross reference quotations and interpreting requirements needed
- Maintain project details on database
- Liaise with quotations team and area managers
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you must have previous experience using CRM systems OR be confident picking up new IT systems quickly. You must have good experience with MS Word, Outlook & Excel. It is also important that you are confident in raising issues/incorrect data.
