As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the surveying within this regional business.

You will be responsible for the management of sub-contract orders, site valuations, work in progress, computer records, and the general surveying management duties for sites under your control.

One of the UKs largest National house builders who focus on quality developments and build traditional open market private housing developments.


The Person:
It is likely you will have previously worked as either a Quantity Surveyor or an Assistant QS looking for the next step in your career.

You will have experience in the UK residential house building sector, with a minimum of HND/HNC in building relating studies. You must be fully conversant with Microsoft Word and Excel and hold a current driving licence. Knowledge of the COINS surveying package would be desirable.

Skills

The successful candidate must be ambitious, computer literate and good communicators who are able to demonstrate a professional and flexible approach to the demands of surveying for housing development and infrastructure.
