An ambitious and progressive consultancy in London is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with the ambition to become an Associate Quantity Surveyor.
The Quantity Surveyor will be joining at a busy time as the consultancy continually win work including high end residential, commercial, and five-star hotel schemes.
The consultancy offers all Quantity Surveyors excellent growth and career development, alongside a diverse project and client base.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
Based in Farringdon London, the Quantity Surveyor will report to an Associate Quantity Surveyor, but you will take ownership of projects and will not be micro managed. This is not just an office job; the Quantity Surveyor will be out and about meeting clients and attending site.
A long term role for a Quantity Surveyor who wants to gain promotion and make a name for themselves.
The Quantity Surveyor
The ideal Quantity Surveyor will be chartered (or close too) with strong pre contract knowledge including cost plans, estimates, and measuring. Knowledge of JCT contracts is important.
A bright, client facing, and fun Quantity Surveyor would be a great fit with this Consultancy's diverse Quantity Surveying team.
