HRC Recruitment have been asked to source a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis for our clients expanding team in the Stirlingshire Area.

You will be required to hold an RICS accredited Degree in Quantity Surveying and ideally have experience working with Major Piling Projects or similar disciplines.

You must be computer literate and have good client facing skills, you will be required to have a good understanding of procurement methods and experience of working on a number of different projects.

The main tasks associated with the role:

Cost Estimating, Managing the Full Tender Process, Valuations & Variations, Cost Reporting and Costings Control and be able to advise on contracts & associated warranties etc , You should be able to run, manage and report on your own projects.

Please note that travelling may be required to Projects out with the Central Belt area due to the Project locations. Our client would be happy to hold discussions with individuals with varying degrees of experience due to growth areas within the business.
