Our client is a highly successful structural steel company and due to continued expansion, they are now recruiting for a QS for their office in Northern Ireland.
Duties of the role include the following:
Management of all costs relating to projects including reporting;
Assisting with estimating where required;
Reviewing contracts and preparing contract documentation;
Sub contract ordering;
Preparation of interim valuations / final accounts.
In order to carry out this role it is expected that the successful candidate will be proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and Project as well as being commercially astute. You should also have well developed communication skills and be adept at balancing competing priorities within a fluctuating and demanding workload.
