Exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on a £200m RC Frame prestigious mixed-use scheme (Residential / Commercial) for a Tier One Contractor / Developer in the Docklands!
I urgently require a strong QS to work on an iconic mixed use sheme in the Docklands / East London. Ideally you'd be very strong on procurmement and also have previous experience working on a project for it's full life-cycle. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a Tier One Main Contrator / Developer on a project with a great duration and a solid pipeline of work.
Role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: The role will be based in the Docklands area.
Rate: £300-£375 p/d depending on experience
Duties:You will be initially dealing with procurement and package management but also seeing this project through to completion

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years experience and have worked for a Top 20 contractor or developer with new build commercial or residential experience.
