North London Main Contractor are hiring a Quantity Surveyor for a £8m New Build Residential Development in Barnet, North London. Quantity Surveyors with Main Contracting experience at Project Quantity Surveyor level are preferable. Quantity Surveyors will be reporting into the Managing Quantity Surveyor for the London region, with a mix of site and head office (Enfield) required. This role will suit an established Quantity Surveyor who is experienced in managing their own job(s), from procurement through to final accounts. Quantity Surveyors will be working for a large corporate business that has extensive opportunities for progression through to Senior Management & Director level positions, with a UK wide presence and strong reputation in UK construction. Quantity Surveyors applying for this position will need to be able to demonstrate career longevity and be confident running their own jobs from procurement to final accounts.
