My client, a well-established and industry recognised national planned and responsive repairs contractor, is looking to add a suitably experienced quantity surveyor to their team. Based in West London you will use NHF V6.1 on a daily basis, whilst using your experience of schedule of rates and associated social housing contracts to support, lead and manage a small commercial team. In this role you will have good support from your own commercial manager but be expected to manage your own work load effectively leading by example. Working on a demanding but rewarding contract, you will support this contractor in the delivery of day to day, voids and planned maintenance works meeting their client's high expectations on delivery.
This is a really good opportunity for an Assistant QS looking to move into a QS role, with enough scope for a candidate who is already operating at QS level to develop further or step up to SQS.
