Due to an increase in allocated work on their framework an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor has arisen with a tier 1 civil engineering contractor.
The business operates across the civils, rail, infrastructure and utility sectors and maintains a heavy presence across London and the South East of England.

Reporting to the Managing QS you will help provide commercial support to the Project Managers and other members of the operational teams whilst helping the ensuring that all commercial processes are adhered to across the business unit. Day to day duties will include assisting with the full range of post contract QS duties from sub contract procurement, management and reporting through to managing CVRs and agreeing final accounts.
To be considered you will be educated to BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent and be able to demonstrate no less two years experience working on civil engineering, infrastructure or utilities experience. A working knowledge of NEC forms of contracts is essential.
