Your new role

You will be joining the company as a dedicated Commercial Billing Surveyor based on site of a well reconciled, education institution. You will be responsible for dealing with sales backup queries, producing detailed monthly work in progress estimates and work closely with both the site teams and the finance department.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have an NVQ in any associated building operations or a BTEC in Building Studies, Building Engineering or Building Management. or a HNC / HND / Degree in Quantity Surveying or a minimum of three years experience of managing cost elements of construction projects, PPM, Reactive Maintenance and minor Works.
