Quantity Surveyor - New Build

Quantity Surveyors required to oversee a £5m New Build Residential development in North London, working out of the Chiswick head office. Quantity Surveyors are offered a great chance to oversee a project from conception to completion, working between Head Office (Chiswick) and attending site when required. Quantity Surveyors will be joining a £60m turnover Main Contractor whose core building focus is New Build for Residential, Education & Commercial buildings. Quantity Surveyors with minimum 4 years post graduate experience in a Main Contracting environment are preferred for this exciting role. The quantity surveyor will be reporting in to the Senior Quantity Surveyor for the business. This role will suit an ambitious Quantity Surveyor, who is seeing the chance to work as a stand-alone QS on your own project. Quantity Surveyors applying for this position will need to be confident in sub-contractor management, procurement and have an understanding of CVR contributions to senior commercial staff each month.

Quantity Surveyor - Salary & Benefits

  • £48,000 - £55,000
  • Travel expenses
