CIVILS QUANTITY SURVEYOR

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Intermediate level Quantity Surveyor to join a civils subcontractor for a new project in Tayside. This organisation are primarily involved in civils projects, namely roads, drainage and highways developments.
Your new role
As a member of the commercial team you will report into the Project Manager, while liaising closely with the site based teams, other directors and other senior members of staff. You will oversee commercial functions ensuring commercial control of the project is maintained in accordance with company policy and procedure. You will be responsible for the monthly reporting and budgeting across the project. This is an exciting opportunity to establish yourself within the organisation and grow your career with the business.
What you'll need to succeed
For your application to be successful, you will be an intermediate to senior level Quantity Surveyor with previous experience in the delivery of roads or highways projects. Candidates with previous civils experience will be considered.
