A multi-disciplinary Consultancy with a flat, commercial structure is seeking a project Quantity Surveyor to join their hands-on team who work on a wide range of projects.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a medium size consultancy who were recently ranked in the top 40, UK consultancy list - this is based on their project portfolio, apc support, and career progression.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
Based in Central London, the successful Quantity Surveyor will join at an exciting time as the consultancy have a diverse and ongoing project portfolio, working with several high-profile clients who the Quantity Surveyor shall often be in contact with.
With regards to the projects, the successful Quantity Surveyor will initially work a high end residential project plus a £50+ million commercial office. You will also be exposed to numerous leisure, retail, and mixed use schemes.
The Quantity Surveyor
The ideal project Quantity Surveyor will have a strong PQS/Consultancy background and a proven track record of working on projects with minimal supervision from a Senior/Associate Quantity Surveyor.
As you will be joining a close-knit team, you'll be able to work effectively in a team and have a hands-on attitude.
