This is a full time permanent position, however the client will consider part time candidate/contractor to fulfil the role. Immediate start.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in managing site development and the attainment of targets by conducting commercial costs appraisals, managing sub-contractors, materials and goods, preparing and monitoring site costs and budgets and ensuring site set-up healthy and safety.
*Working out estimates for materials, time and labour costs
*Negotiating and drawing up contracts
*Forecasting and monitoring stages of construction
*Reporting on finance to clients
*Keeping up to date with construction methods and materials
*Following building regulations
*Knowledge of building, material components, building regulations and H&S
*Strong management skills
*Knowledge of contractual procedures and responsibilities
*Good organisational skills and attention to detail
*Highly numerate with well- developed ability to accurately manipulate numerical
*Self-motivated with the ability to work alone or within team
*Evidence of maintaining a professional, consistent and fair approach
