Options Resourcing Ltd is working in partnership with a Maintenance Contractor who works directly with many Local Authorities and Housing Associations across Bristol/Avon and South Wales. The organisation specialise in carrying out both refurbishment and planned maintenance on behalf of their clients and have done so for many years.

The company would like to appoint an experienced (Intermediate-Senior Level) Quantity Surveyor. The preferred experience would be in line with the organisations specialism, however, other sectors will be considered too.
Some very basic requirements:
Familiar with LA/HA SORs
Estimating and costing abilities and experience
Managing year end financial accounts
Managing contracts from a financial perspective to ensure that the contracts are managed to client's budgets, saving the company money while working in line with margins agreeable to all parties.
A clear understanding of legal processes and procedures
Experience of working on behalf of or with a contractor who carry out refurbishment and/or maintenance in domestic properties
Experience of client development and liaison is preferred
