Quantity Surveyor / Project Surveyor

Location: Solihull (B26)

Synopsis: A well-established quantity surveying and project management consultancy who work on industrial, commercial, education, leisure, and health projects are currently looking for a quantity surveyor

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + (car allowance, bonus, BUPA, pension, 25 days holiday)

This construction consultancy is a firm of project managers and quantity surveyor who work predominately on industrial, commercial, education, health and leisure projects. They are a dynamic company who are in a period of growth dispute the current climate. As the Quantity Surveyor, you will report to the Associate Director and be responsible for cost estimating, managing the tender process, valuations, reporting, and cost control from inception through to completion.

You will also be expected to advise on contracts, warranties, and professional appointment.

COVID-19 working

The company is currently operating remotely with limited office working. They will continue to do so during the pandemic.


- MRICS is an advantage but not essential
