Are you an established MRICS Quantity Surveyor with project management experience?

Would you like to be an integral part of an independent and successful practice, working on a variety of projects and building longstanding relationships with clients?

This firm pride themselves on their systematic approach, allowing them to be one of the leading construction consultancies in Gloucestershire. Due to expansion, the company are keen to recruit a Quantity Surveyor with commercial project management experience, who is comfortable in dealing with a wide range of projects.

Candidate's responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for an extensive variety of projects, including for both public and private sector clients. The candidate must be analytical, client-facing, and happy to deal with all types of individuals. You will handle existing clients in the South-West, whilst also contribute to the success of the business - potentially by bringing business with you from your previous role.

The candidate must be/have:

  • At least two years' PQE, working on large projects
  • Client-facing
  • Motivated, strategic and personable
  • Confident and direct
  • Well-established in the area
