A medium sized national Construction & Property Consultancy is seeking a highly ambitious, client-facing Associate Partner from a Quantity Surveying background to elevate their London office.

The Quantity Surveying Associate Partner Role

The successful Partner will join a well-established office of 15 multidisciplinary professionals. Your role will be two-fold: work winning and job running, while being part of a highly profitable and career-focused consultancy.

The new Associate Partner will manage the Quantity Surveying team, focusing on growing and developing this team. This consultancy boasts a strong pipeline of projects more heavily involved in Private sector clients including High End Residential, Commercial Office, Higher Education, Retail, Hospitality and more.

There is no ceiling on the progression opportunities provided here. To have a seat at the Equity Partner's table, you will need to demonstrate the ability to carry out business development, bring in new work and clients, and help the company achieve its exciting growth plans.

The Quantity Surveying Associate Partner

The ideal Associate Partner will have:

• MRICS
• A strong Quantity Surveying background in a Consultancy / PQS environment
• Employers Agent / Contract Administrator experience is ideal
• A successful track record delivering projects, networking and business development
• Excellent pre and post contract experience
• The desire to work in an SME firm, family feel consultancy
