I am looking for a motivated Quality Technician to join a market leading, ever expanding plastics manufacturing company. This role will suit someone who is looking to utilise their skills to help keep a start of the art production facility maintained to a high standard. Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of quality testing projects within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers.

Role Description
*Carry out product testing using measuring equipment to internal/ external specifications and drawings.
*Make critical data-driven decisions regarding the acceptability of products including levels of defects
*Review, test and analyse test data to make decisions whether a product is acceptable
*Create details and accurate test data reports
*Complete Certificate of Conformity/ Analysis
*Carry out routine product and process audits
*Utilize LEAN skills and techniques, for example, 5S, Kanban, Kaizen

Skills and Qualifications
*Manufacturing Experience
*NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent in Engineering (Desirable)
*Experience within a similar position
*Strong communication skills
