Our client, a technical consultancy based in North Cambridge, is looking for a Quality/Project Administrator to support their project teams. In this role you will maintain a high level of quality compliance throughout the company and ensure tasks are completed on time. You will gain an understanding of a wide range of projects whilst working with different project teams.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a go-to person for project leaders with setting up project filing systems, tracking document status and ensuring completeness with compliance and quality requirements.
- Being a key part of the support hub offering administration support across the business at all levels. This includes general admin as well as supporting the Goods In area of the business.
- Being jointly responsible for maintaining our client’s approved supplier list and liaising with suppliers and project teams to ensure that the suppliers meet our client’s requirements and that the appropriate evidence is on file.
This role requires high levels of attention to detail and also the ability to keep track of multiple activities. You will need to be flexible in your approach in order to deal with changes in priority. You will need to have previous experience in a technical services or engineering environment, in particular, medical devices. Previous experience of working within an ISO 13485 quality management system would be advantageous. You must have accurate typing and computer literacy skills (Outlook, Word and Excel). You must be able to prioritise a diverse workload whilst multi-tasking; remaining calm and quality conscious when under pressure. You must enjoy working in a team environment and must be willing to help across the company with other administrative tasks. This role will suit a methodical and good organiser with a proactive and dependable approach to work. Due to the rural location, you will need your own transport.
