Quality Officer

Twin Employment and Training is one of the leading Welfare to Work Providers in the London area and also specialises in offering flexible training options to suit the needs of a wide range of learners.

We are currently looking for a Quality Officer to join our team. The Quality Officer will support the Company by implementing and maintaining Quality Standards across the business to drive quality and performance. This role includes significant travel across a geographical diverse business.

Duties include:

  • Ensure all quality standards activity contributes to meeting the objectives of the business
  • Support the CEO/Managers effectively to ensure robust assessment, verification processes and adherence are in place across the business
  • Support the Twin Training Nominee during Ofsted Inspections, ESFA audits,

  • Support/manage all other relevant Quality Standards certification e.g. matrix to ensure contractual/legislative and regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor and maintain the quality of IAG

  • Monitor quality and performance through robust M.I. including gathering SAR data

  • Monitor Supply Chain Partners via the Supply Chain Management Framework

  • Support the CEO with appropriate provisions to enable the driving of success and progression rates in partnership with the CEO/Managers

  • Work closely with the CEO/Managers to ensure they are proficient in quality service standards

  • Support the CEO/Managers to develop and implement Best In-Class operational service standards excellence utilising SAR/QIP/CIF and Quality cycle and deployment

  • In conjunction with other teams across the business support the CEO/Managers to ensure SME and Levy employers are aware of and understand the quality service standards and

  • Produce reports in relations to quality that identify potential risks to the business for the CEO

  • To attend the Quality Steering Group meetings and progress actions from these meetings

You will have:

  • Ability to identify areas for quality service improvement opportunities
  • Experience of quality assuring a range of assessment methods including on and offline assessment using e-portfolios and online/on demand testing

  • Evidence of initiating, implementing and improving new working arrangements for qualifications assurance

  • Experience of supporting Ofsted and company quality improvement programmes

  • Experience/understanding of the quality cycle

  • Experience of supporting quality service standards design

  • Understanding of operating large-scale qualifications assurance arrangements

  • Evidence of supporting in implementing and improving new working arrangements for quality service standards
