Hays have been retained by this renowned construction company who holds a strong project portfolio in a range of sectors throughout civil engineering and commercial design and build schemes. They have been awarded a number of projects due to their successful growth and therefore seek a Quality Manager to join their growing team within Northern Ireland.
Your new role
The Quality Manager will be responsible for monitoring build quality on the £multi-million university scheme based in Belfast. You will be tasked with recording quality issues, issuing reports to senior management and liaising with the site team, ensuring works are carried out in a timely manner to alleviate defects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of a project quality system in line with ISO9001 and contractual obligations.
What you'll need to succeed
You will hold experience as a Quality Manager, on £multi-million schemes, and have a strong project portfolio. You will be third level degree educated within a construction related discipline. As Quality Manager it is essential that you have a strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ensure regulations are implemented daily.
