Quality Manager Apprenticeships

Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to be responsible for managing the overall teaching, learning and assessment, and quality assurance areas of the training department.

The ideal candidate for this role is highly-organised and adaptable, has a logical and problem solving mind with a friendly and a supportive attitude towards others at all times and is comfortable when working under tight deadlines, and to high specifications. Working alongside our Project Managers and reporting to the Centre Manager and Director, you will be individually responsible for managing the overall teaching, learning and assessment, and quality assurance areas of the training department.

* You will be responsible for Tutors, Assessors and IQAs, as well as the ongoing design of courses and adherence to awarding body expectations.

* Good knowledge of ESFA/ ESF funding and performance rules and of OFSTED Common Inspection Framework are a requirement for this post.

* Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage for this post.

The location of the role is office based but applicants will be expected to travel as required by the role.

The Quality Assurance Manager will be the primary point of contact to provide support to all assessors and IQAs within the organisation.
