My client one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers whose mission is to provide the best care possible to elderly and vulnerable people are growing and constantly improving their services.
Working on behalf of our client we are looking for a Quality Improvement Specialist to assist them in the delivery of the high-quality care that they are currently accustomed to. Whilst our client aims for 'Outstanding’ results from the relevant regulatory body, they will only accept 'Good’ as a minimum.
As the Quality Improvement Specialist you will be required to conduct a schedule of operational, quality and service reviews throughout their group covering independent care homes. Focusing on the implementation of improvement activates you will report into the Lead Quality Improvement Specialist and provide support and guidance to the independent hospitals and care homes. Following on from these reviews you will use strong organisational skills to put together action plans.
Experience in the following areas is essential -
Strong IT skills
Excellent understanding of CQC legislation
