Community Integrated Care is currently seeking an exceptional, a Quality and Excellence Partner to join the Quality Team covering the North West region. The successful postholder will be responsible for services across Oldham, Salford, Knowsley, Runcorn and Widnes. This position of Quality and Excellence Partner is offered on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
Within this role, you will be responsible for developing, embedding and sustaining care quality within all of Community Integrated Careâ€™s services. You will be broadly aligned to designated services, auditing the quality and providing detailed compliance and excellence plans to operational teams.
You will play an essential role in driving upwards standards of care quality and helping to deliver on the charityâ€™s strategic priority of developing a culture of continuous improvement linked to agreed standards, external research and sharing best practice.
The successful candidate will possess a professional qualification in Health & Social Care coupled with a recognised qualification in Quality Assurance, along with evidence of continuing professional development. With experience of managing a care or support related service, you will be familiar with carrying out or being subject to regulated activity/inspections. A proven track record of person centred outcomes and delivering personalised support is also essential, along with a good understanding of CQC inspection standards, relevant legislation and wider policies.
Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you have a full UK driving licence and can work flexibly in accordance with needs of post occasional evening and weekend and overnight stays away from home.
