Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer responsibilities include -
- Preparing and maintaining quality documentation such as FAIRs, Control Plans, and ISIRs.
- Supporting concern management through 8D investigations and corrective actions.
- Liaising with Production to ensure in-house manufacture meets engineering standards.
- Using manual measurement tools to complete FAIR's.
- Maintaining gauge calibration and control systems.
- Supporting NPI and process validation using quality tools and GD&T principles.
Quality Engineer desirable skills and experience -
- Experience as a Quality Engineer within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of 8D, FAIRs/PPAPs and GD&T.
- Skilled in manual measurement, inspection reporting, and root cause analysis.
- Conversant with using the full Microsoft package and happy with documentation duties.
