This well-established company are going through a period of sustainable growth specialising in the design and production of high-end precision components. The client supplies into a wide-range of industries and have recently heavy invested in the latest machinery and now looking to increase their workforce.
The day to day responsibilities for this role will be to oversee quality improvements for product introduction, improve internal systems and work alongside customers/ suppliers. The successful candidate will have full responsibility over all quality issues throughout the production process.

All in all, great chance to join a growing organisation, in a brand new position where you can really help mould the company's development.

*Assisting with quality standards n& procedures

*Monitor supplier performance

*Knowledge of ISO quality standards
*A background in precision machining, fabrication, mechanical, electronic or similar
*Experience working in sheet metal ideal but not necessary
*Locally based to Cirencester
