Position: Quality Engineer (Due to Expansion)

Location: North Wales

Salary: £27,100 - £35,692 + Excellent Benefits

Our Client, design, develops and manufactures complex electro-optical equipment for the military, aerospace, civil industrial and space markets. They now require a Quality Engineer who will be supporting manufacturing process improvements and making a significant contribution to the strategic goal of quality improvement. This role will report to the Quality Manager and will lead continuous improvement efforts aimed at meeting quality, cost, and on-time delivery thereby ensuring Customer satisfaction. This role also supports the on-going maintenance of the site Quality Management System to meet AS9100

We anticipate that you will have:

  • A good standard of formal education (preferably HNC/D level or higher)
  • Knowledge / experience in AS9100/ISO9001 quality environment
  • Several years’ experience in mechanical or optical engineering
  • Experience of the practical application of problem solving tools / techniques.

You will be self motivated, have excellent communication skills both written and oral, be computer literate, and able to work as part of a team.

The successful candidate will enjoy a good basic salary of between £27,100 - £35,692 (dependent upon experience) plus excellent prospects and an employment package that you would expect from a company that values its employees.

Relocation package will be considered for the right candidate.
