This is superb opportunity to join an established multi-million pound turnover and successful engineering business who supply into the automotive sector amongst others.

Working within a small but growing Quality tea you will be accountable for product quality activity across the plant and ownership of quality introduction activities.

Reporting into the Quality Manager, who will provide customer facing support to Automotive customers and be required to travel to Europe as part of your role. We are looking for an experience Quality Engineer with high volume manufacturing experience that has worked with complex and technical product. APQP, PSW, PPAP experience will be highly beneficial to the role.

You will work across a number of teams including Engineering, NPD, Continuous Improvement and Sales and you will need to be able to flex your communication style. This is a varied and challenging role including NPD, reporting to senior group management, chairing meetings and maintaining customer relations.

You will ideally come from a background that supports the automotive sector or similar sector with either castings, machined parts, plastics or any metal related product.

Working with a number of internal stakeholders within the business including Engineering, Technical, Sales, NPD and Continuous Improvement.
