Quality and Controls Analyst
What you will be doing
In this role you will be reviewing and improving processes to mitigate risk within our contact centre. You will be the link between the wider Risk and Compliance team and ensuring that our processes are up to date, fit for purpose and compliant with applicable regulations and company policies.
By owning the teams change process, you will govern change control to mandate that correct approval is received and support management by delivering training sessions to team members to grow a continuous improvement mind-set. You will then monitor and enforce compliance with process documentation.
This is a vital position within the team and you will need to work hand in hand with the team to ensure any changes are understood and implemented without fault.
Alongside the team you will identify any new potential risks or concerns which could impact our end results, analyse the level of risk to the business and prioritise improvements to be made. You will be the ‘go to person’ for improvement suggestions.
You will be expected to provide insight about on-going improvements and training plans as well as communicating feedback or updates to make sure requirements are met.
Our ideal candidate will have exposure of implementing change, improving processes and delivering training.
Preferably you will hold a First or upper second class Batchelors degree (or equivalent) in a numerical subject, six sigma qualification or prince2 project management qualification.
