Due to continued growth PMP Recruitment are looking to recruit Quality Assurance Agents for their client, a successful call centre within the Financial Services industry based in Cardiff.
£17,000 - £22,000 pa dependant on experience
The ideal candidate will have experience of QA within a busy call centre environment.
Duties will include:-
- To deliver a high quality checking and feedback service to ensure that positive customer outcomes are delivered.
- Utilising score cards to ensure calls meet a specific standard
- Provide a professional feedback service to colleagues so that their competency and performance is maximised.
- Ensuring industry regulations are being adhered to at all times
Key skills & Experience:-
- Previous experience in a QA role essential
- Planning and organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to provide feedback in a constructive manner
- Communication Skills
- Experience of Financial Services Industry
- Coaching experience
- Able to analyse data and present findings
