We are recruiting for a Quality and Compliance Assistant who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best People and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.

The successful post holder will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who is keen to pursue a career within Quality at Medway NHS Foundation Trust.

The Quality and Compliance Assistant is required to have excellent communication and analytical skills to deal with the day to day challenges of maintaining an efficient and effective service within the Corporate Quality Governance Team.

In addition, the post holder will work efficiently and effectively as part of the team, through the implementation and development of office systems and processes. The post holder must be able to work proactively using efficient time management, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills in a fast moving ever changing reactive environment which often has to meet short deadlines.
