An exciting opportunity has arisen for us to recruit a Quality Coach working with one of our key clients. If you have knowledge of contact centre call flows, have a passion to succeed and know what 'good looks like' then this is the role for you. You'll be based from our contact centre in Dearne Valley and receive a starting salary of £21,500 with the potential to increase to £23,500 after 6 months.
As a member of the?quality team, you'll help engage, motivate and inspire others to always give their very best. You will support employees to drive improvements through effective coaching, influencing and the implementation of achievable development plans.? ?
In this fast paced, ever changing exciting contact centre environment you will?support the delivery of the quality framework and ensure the evaluators have the right blend of skills. ?
To help you succeed, your experience of working at this level within a fast paced, changing environment, being a strong communicator and possessing excellent influencing skills will enable you to deliver excellent results.? ?
