The main purpose of the role will be to:
Cover all parts of the complaints team roles with minimal input from supervision.
Perform complaint management - logging complaints in global managing system.
Contact reporters, sample inspection and logging, check batch numbers, respond with feedback to the complaint investigations.
Perform monthly reconciliation of complaint data and other metric reporting and trending analysis.
Collect and collate data for annual product reviews, liaise with external parties, write and revise SOPs, perform maintenance of quality metrics and quality improvement plan.
Perform documentation archiving - manual paperwork and electronic.
Provide other support to members of the team as well as the wider company.
In order to be considered for this role, you will be required to have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
The ability to identify issues and escalate as needed, ability to multi task, attention to detail and self starter.
Excellent communication skills and team work.
Desirable skills - deviation or change control writing, performing self inspections, participating in regulatory inspections, risk assessments, SAP, TrackWise, knowledge and understanding of GMP and general quality management systems.
Pharmaceutical experience would be beneficial.
Quality related or complaint management admin role would be beneficial.
Knowledge around IT systems is good, general MS Office suite. Excel and PowerPoint as well as Word. Graphs, PivotTables helpful. SharePoint would also be useful.
Proven demonstrable experience would be desirable but not essential.
