Cute Resource Solutions are pleased to be recruiting for a growing business in the West Midlands, who are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to join their ambitious team.
As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring and analysing telephone calls, ensuring that calls are meeting the requirements. You will be required to ensure that all of the telephone advisers are delivering calls to set quality standards and providing regular feedback to the advisers.
Your role will also involve reviewing management information analysis, providing call evaluations, coaching the advisers based on evaluations, developing action plans, producing reports and providing training to advisers and team managers. Other duties will be to produce customer satisfaction surveys and discuss the results with advisers.
For this Quality Assurance Officer role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills and experience;
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Confidence to provide feedback to the team
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role (Quality assurance)
