Oliver James Associates are currently assisting a well known insurance client in their search for a Quality Assurance Officer based in Surrey. This is an exciting time to join the business as they are going through an exciting growth period following on from a successful 18 months in the market.

This role sits in the wider Group Compliance function and the overall Regulatory and Audit team. You will be responsible for providing quality assurance services to the business and ensuring that best practice are adopted across the direct sales channels.

This will primarily be field and telephone based, however is slightly different to other QA roles as this will be working closely with the Risk & Compliance functions on the identification and reporting of risks around TCF regulation.

Responsibilities will include:

- Review an agreed number of customer files per day
- Ensure that SLAs are maintained to a high standard
- Escalate areas of weakness and commercial areas of growth / improvement for the business.

This is an excellent role for candidates who have strong personalities and like to build relationships across a business. This role can act as a great gateway to Compliance and Audit positions or offer a path to management within Quality Assurance.
