Quality Assurance Manager

Full Time, Permanent role

Salary: £23,000 per annum + annual company bonus + onsite parking

Working: 35 hours,Monday to Friday

Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire (OX11 0SG)

You will be working for Retail Active to fulfil the role of Quality Assurance Manager at our head office in Harwell.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Account Managers to ensure their client validation requirements are understood and met
  • Support in driving the engagement of Shoppers and Auditors
  • Highlight and manage any Shopper/Auditor performance issues as they arise
  • Co-ordinate a team of Validators to ensure every report is proof read accurately and on time
  • Manage all queries and rejections from the Validators directly with Shoppers and Auditors
  • Improve quality of reports submitted, build relationships and drive loyalty with Shoppers and Auditors
  • Provide feedback and ideas for improvement based on Shopper and Auditor completion and feedback

Please note that this position may require working the occasional weekend

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a quality assurance role
  • Good level of commercial awareness
  • Previous experience in an office environment is preferable
  • Strong understanding of the English language, grammar and punctuation
  • Experience of co-ordinating remote teams working to deadlines in a high volume operational environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively, motivate others and enjoy working as part of a team
  • An understanding of the importance of delivering high quality work within deadlines
  • Keen desire to improve quality through guidance and support
