UKs leading Ecommerce brand is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to join their growing team. Aspiring to be a MOBILE FIRST brand, they have brought in some interesting changes on both development and testing front.
The Engineering team is made up of some well know names in the QA community, bringing innovation around the use of Selenium & RestAssured tools. QA team represents the core of the business and hence always kept at the forefront of the delivery. The QA team believes in the concept of Test Pyramid and would look for someone who shares those principles.
The right fit would be a combination of culture & skill. We would want someone with a strong background in manual & automation testing of Web applications. End to end testing is most important and testing around web services would be a huge plus. In addition to an engineering mind set, we would want someone who has spent quality time creating test automation frameworks using Selenium Java/C# with preferably a BDD tool and some demonstrable work around Restful service automation.
