You will also support their developing compliance arrangements, including contributing to the retention of their ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 27001 (Information Security) accredited certifications.
Reporting to the process and accreditations manager, this role will help identify process improvement opportunities while supporting other ongoing improvement projects.
Key responsibilities include:
Working collaboratively to maintain key elements of the business management systems in order to maximise performance and assist with the compliance with a broad range of external accreditation and certification requirements;
Helping to collate, report and develop departmental and company-wide key performance indicators;
Day-to-day responsibility for the upkeep of the document management system and contributing to its development;
Taking part in internal reviews and audits, and helping to monitor follow-up actions;
Supporting and maintaining a range of health and safety administrative aspects; and
supporting career development opportunities as identified from time to time.
To be successful in this role you will need:
Effective written and verbal communication skills;
Experience of working in a dynamic business environment;
Intermediate MS Office skills; and
Confidence when liaising with all levels of the organisation.
This role would suit a self-starter who is happy to manage many and sometimes conflicting priorities. It would be advantageous if you have experience of working in a highly regulated environment, perhaps in an internal management systems auditor role, or experience with document management systems.
