The Role:

This is a varied, interesting and challenging role which would suit someone who has at least 1 year’s call auditing experience ideally in a Financial Services Environment. We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated, hardworking and well organised with great attention to detail. You will also need to be customer service minded and articulate, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will be efficient with great time management skills to ensure all deadlines are met in accordance with company and legislative policies and procedures. Interested candidates should also be proficient in using IT Systems and specifically office applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook.

Duties & Responsibilities will include:

  • Completing customer audits from the start to the end of their journey

  • Listening to Account Officer calls where required to ensure all requirements have been met

  • Provide feedback and outcomes to Heads of Department and Operations Managers

  • Attend feedback sessions when required

  • Update all applicable spreadsheets with outcomes and provide recommendations in a formal Audit Report

  • Carry out Quality Assurance Audits where applicable

  • Support with Client Audits

Experience and Skills Required:

  • At least 1 year’s call auditing experience

  • Excellent communication skills both written/verbal

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • The ability to problem solve and think creatively

  • Excellent time management

  • Ability to prioritise own workload

  • Attention to Detail

  • Ability to build relationships and provide feedback to employees both positive and negative

  • Adapt approach to meet requirements of different employees
