Quality Assurance Assistant

6 month contract

£17,000pa

Leighton Buzzard

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract: 6-month contract to possible permanent

Location: Quality Department

This 6 month contract is to assist the Head of Regulatory and Quality and supporting the Quality Department. There is a possibility the role may become permanent.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Document Change Control System
  • Proof-reed and edit QMS Documents
  • Support Auditors during the internal audits
  • Administer preventative/ corrective actions and concessions
  • Assure that company has the most up to date ISO standards
  • Assist Head of Regulatory and Quality
  • Provide other QA support as relevant for the role

Education, Qualifications and Experience required:

  • Excellent English, both written and spoken
  • Very good IT skills with experience of using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to format documents
  • Ability to sort and input information with accuracy and speed
  • Good time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Team working
  • Initiative and self-motivation
  • Commitment to working within a quality standard environment
  • Excellent all-round communication skills
