Some of what you’ll do:
· Map customer journey
· Identify opportunities for process improvements
· Develop new customer call processes
You will have previously worked in a call centre environment and be able to demonstrate an understanding of call quality frameworks allowing you to identify risks and solutions. You will be motivated, have excellent attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Based just outside Glasgow with excellent transport links this is a fantastic time to join my client during this exciting period of growth.
